Ashley's Sweet 16!

Ashley wanted to do something different for this birthday. We drove to Phoenix to go ice skating. We had a great time and then went to Cici's - for a dinner buffet.

Got Wheels... Where do you wanna go?

Ashley has a driver's license! Isn't turning 16 great!! She has learned to drive Grandma and Grandpa Gibb's Toyota Corolla that is a manual transmission. Her goal was to drive it as smoothly as Lisa drives a stick. Success! She is still chaufeuring me all over town. I think it's great to drive a stick shift car because you have to concentrate on what you're doing constantly. If you get spacey, you forget to engage the clutch, you stall the car. Immediate reinforcement.
